What is ISO?
ISO is the setting that changes how sensitive your camera is to light. The higher the ISO the more sensitive it is creating more “texture. Lower ISO is less sensitive and less grain.

The Exposure Triangle
The exposure triangle consists of Aperture, Shutter speed, and ISO. Those are the different settings to help and get you the best picture based on what you are trying to take.
Here are some examples of different ISO in the same picture

What is White Balance?
White balance is the process of adjusting the color temperture to make whites look white and change the tone of an image. Color temperature is the warmth or coolness of a picture. White balance affects the tone or mood of a picture by making an image warmer or cooler based on what you are going for. The common modes are Tungsten, Flourescent, Daylight, Cloudy, Shade, and Flash.

What is Bracketing
Bracketing a technique where you take multiple pictures of the same thing under a different exposure setting. This technique is to make sure at least one of your pictures is at the desired exposure level that you want. Usually being -1, 0, 1. The first picture the camera thought was underexposed, the middle one to be just right, and the last it thought was overexposed.

Featured Image

I made this my featured image because I like how the background is blurred and it also doesn’t have a lot of grain but a clear picture. I also like the coloring in this picture.
