The above picture is a picture of the mode dial on my camera<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

On the mode dial there are a variety of options for you to choose from. One of the options is the Scene Intelligent Auto. The Scene Intelligent Auto is when the autofocus, brightness, flash, and the color tone are set and chosen for you depending on the scene of the picture. This mode would be useful if you don’t really want to think a lot about the picture and just want to take a picture. The next mode is the flash disabled mode. This mode is just when the flash will not go off. This is useful if you are in a place where you are not allowed to use flash. The next mode is the Portrait mode. Portrait mode is when the camera picks a large aperture and the background is blurry. This is useful if you want to be able to make a person stand out from the background. The next mode is the landscape mode. The landscape mode has a sharp ground and background and it remains clear. This is useful if you want to take a picture of a landscape but you don’t want the picture to become blurry. The next mode is the macro mode. This mode is useful if you want to take a picture of something close up. This keeps the thing that is close up stay sharp and in focus. The next mode is the sports mode. Sports mode will freeze the action. This mode is useful if you are trying to take a picture of someone playing sports and moving around a lot. The food mode is used for taking pictures of food. The food mode makes food look better and have an appetizing look. The last mode is the night mode and it is good for when you are taking a picture in the dark it uses flash and and has a slow shutter speed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This picture was taken in no flash mode at out house. I took this picture while my Dad was harvesting corn in our field in front of our house. One thing that I would change about this picture is I would add something to the sky like a sunset and maybe make it a tiny bit brighter<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I took this picture in close up mode. One thing that I would change about the picture is I would make the sky in the background be more clear and a little more visible<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

This picture was taken in creative auto mode at our house. If I could change one thing with this picture I think I would put something in the sky and make the bottom darker so that you cant see the vehicles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I took this picture in landscape mode. One thing that I would change about this picture is I would add something else on the left side because their is not much on that side. <\/p>\n<\/div>

This photo was taken in portrait mode. If I could change one thing about this picture I would make the flowers a little darker like how the actual color looks. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

“Which mode felt the most natural to use?” I think that the mode that felt the most natural for me to use was the portrait mode. I think that the portrait mode felt the most natural to use because if you took a picture of a landscape it still felt sharp and if you took a picture close up it blurred the background. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“When might you choose manual mode over an automatic one?” Most likely a photographer would choose a manual mode if they want to have more control of the settings in the camera like shutter speed, ISO, and depth of field. You would choose an automatic mode when you don’t want to make as many decisions or just want to take a quick picture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I chose this picture as my featured image because I like how there is stuff in the picture but their is not a lot going on. I also really like the colors and how the sky does not turn white but stays pretty blue in the picture. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
