Layering

How do you use layering in a picture? If you are using layering in a picture you want to have 3 or more layers in the photo so that it feels like it has depth. A tip that will help make taking pictures using layering a little easier is by looking for a place where there are multiple things going on. If there is multiple things going on then there will be multiple layers. Why use layering? The reason that a photographer would want to use layering in a picture is because it makes the photo feel like there is depth in a flat picture.

I also like how there are multiple layers but it does not feel chaotic or distracting. Another thing that I like about this picture is that the subject is the chicken house and the trees make it look really cool.
