Introduction
Framing is when you add something to the foreground of your photo to heighten the subject. It also involves you to just stepping back and try to find things that are natural or man-made objects to use as a frame. A good technique for taking framing photos is to use a shallow depth field so the object you are using as a frame is slightly blurred. The purpose of using frames is because they set the scene and draw the viewers eye into the image. Also because it creates depth to your photo and makes it more pleasant and interesting to look at. The way to start using frames in your photos is to look around when taken pictures and try to find things in nature that you can use as a frame.
This photo does follow the rule of thirds because the trophy is off to the right side of the picture. It also uses fraing because if the tree leaves that are framing it.
This picture was taken in the gym and it is protraying our awards in sports. This is not useing the rule of thirds because the main focus is in the middle of the photo.
I took this picture of me in the mirrow in my room because I thought about framing and this picture is not necessarily an example of the rule of thirds, but it still uses framing.
This picture was taken out of the school window and it shows framing because the window is framing the outdoors, and it does not follow the rule of thirds.
This picture is a photo of my cars dash and this is framing because the steering wheel is framing my dash.
This is at the bottom of the school stairs and I was framing the doors and the sign, this also doesn’t use the rule of thirds.
This is taken of the back porch of my house and I was useing the fence for my frame. It is also kind of following the rue nof thirds nbecause of the run being at the right of the n picture instead of smack in the middle.
